Your time is extremely important to us, therefore we are reserving a spot just for you. This is why we are scheduled by appointment only. For many appointments, a deposit, valid gift certificate, and/or credit card is required to secure your appointment. All credit cards given will be pre-authorized and may hold funds in your account for 1 or more days. This is to ensure the credit card is active. Deposits are non-refundable, however it may be transferrable under circumstances explained below. Please contact us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failing to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This charge is to compensate the time that was reserved for you, as we will not be able to accommodate another person in such short notice. If we are unable to charge the card given at time of booking,(due to insuffiect funds, disputes, invalid card,etc ) you will not be able to reschedule any service at our spa/salon until the cancellation fee is paid. If the appointment is cancelled on or before 24 hours, your appointment may be rescheduled (within 2 weeks) with the previous deposit used as a credit. You may cancel your apppointment(s) through our booking site or by calling our spa/salon at 318-564-3467.
We do not accept cancellations or scheduling through any social media outlets.
All gift certificates are valid for up to 3 months to the day of purchase, unless other-wise notated on your certificate. Please note, the same cancellation policy is effective for gift certificates. Each amount listed above will be deducted from your valid gift certificate.
